GBA Capital’s Bold Move With $10 Billion in Web 3.0 Investments!

GBA Capital, a Chinese venture capital (VC) firm, has pledged $10 billion to create a Web 3.0 fund. According to Cointelegraph, the announcement is expected to be made on December 26, 2023, during the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Digital Economy Development Conference.

According to sources, the GBA Capital Web 3.0 fund will invest in firms that specialize in virtual reality, the metaverse, and non-fungible tokens. The money will be used to turn the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao economic zone into a meta-asset capital.

“This year’s conference would also hold meta-asset global tours in Japan, Singapore, Dubai, Silicon Valley, Europe, and other places to improve the visibility of meta-assets,” Haolong Li, chairman of GBA Capital, noted.

Furthermore, Zhongrong is likely to sponsor Web3.0 project incubation as well as industrial services in the realm of artificial intelligence, according to Cointelegraph.
